GREMALTES (Greater Madras Leprosy Treatment and Health Education Scheme) was set up in April 1971 in partnership with the Government with the objective of creating leprosy awareness in the community, early diagnosis, appropriate treatment and care and rehabilitation assistance for the needy patients. GREMALTES was registered under the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act in the year 1978.

Tuberclosis - TB patients are diagnosed properly and the treatment and nutrition across their treatment period is given accordingly.
ENT - ENT patients receive meticulous care and treatment, coupled with ongoing monitoring of their progress and tracking of their development throughout treatment.
